At Diamond Cross Ranch, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our western-inspired apparel and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. We want you to feel as confident in your gear as you do in the saddle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
